 We invite you to join us November 4-8th absolutely FREE with unlimited classes! We have classes for youth, teens, and adults starting ages 4 and up! Check out the schedule below for class times!

LOCATION: Grappler's Lair MMA - 120. N Penelope St., Belton, TX 76513

WHAT TO WEAR: Modest athletic clothing with no zippers or buckles that may puncture the mats. Denim and cargo shorts are not allowed. All jewelry must be removed. 

WHAT TO BRING: Water and sandals/slides for walking off the mats and to the restroom. 


THE FOLLOWING ARE NOT ALLOWED IN CLASS:
- JEANS OR DENIM OF ANY KIND
- LONG/SHARP ACRYLIC NAILS
- HAIR CLIPS
-TUTUS/TULLE
-ZIPPERS
-BUCKLES
-METAL OR HARD EMBELLISHMENTS
- HOODS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN JIU-JITSU CLASSES


ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST FILL OUT THE ONLINE WAIVER PRIOR TO ARRIVAL TO ASSURE CLASS STARTS ON TIME:
